An ongoing project that has become an absolute joy to work on — Sabine's stunning garden in St Andrews. This is a large, mature and characterful space, complete with sweeping lawns, fruit trees, established hedges, woodland walks and even its own burn running through the grounds. Rather than a one-off tidy, this is a season-long labour of love: regular mowing to bring out those crisp striped lawns and grass avenues, edging to define the paths and beds, shaping and reshaping the hedges, shrubs and topiary, and gradually restructuring the wider garden to open up walkways, frame the views toward the house, and let the planting breathe. Watching the structure of this beautiful garden emerge week by week has been hugely rewarding — it really is absolutely stunning, and a privilege to look after.
